ISO 9001

The ISO 9001 standard aims to help improve performance, meet customer expectations, and demonstrate a commitment to quality.

It sets out Quality Management System (QMS) requirements as well as recommendations for implementing them.

We began the ISO 9001 certification process for our Gravelines datacentre in October 2024.

Since late 2025, all our French datacentres have been certified to ISO 9001.

Our plan is have all our European datacentres certified to ISO 9001 starting in 2026.
