Cheques

It must be payable to OVH LTD and sent to the following address:

Do not forget to write at the back of your cheque your order number for quicker processing of your payment.

Upon receipt of your payment, (attention to possible delays with Royal Mail), your order will be validated. You will immediately receive an email confirming the receipt of your cheque and your service will start.

Credit/Debit cards

Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
As soon as you click "payment by credit/debit card" available on your order, you will be automatically directed to the secure payment space of our financial partner.

You have two possibilities to pay by credit/debit card:

  • via your order by clicking "payment by credit/debit card".
  • via the following link: You must already have your order and its password. It's the quickest way to activate creations and renewals (less than 15 minutes).

Paypal

Place your order and click on the PayPal icon, you will be then redirected to the PayPal interface.

Recurring payment via PayPal

Your services can be renewed automatically with your PayPal account. Log into your Manager: Administration > Automatic renewal and set up your recurring payment at your convenience.

Money order


Please be aware that the postal order is available in any value of up to a total of £250.

As soon as we receive your payment, your order will be processed promptly. You will immediately receive one email , confirming the receipt for your payment and another containing your service details.

To be able to locate your payment quickly, please do not forget to add your order number and your nichandle to your postal order.

Prepaid account

The prepaid service is a management service of points redeemable in OVHcloud products and services.
Actually you buy points that you subsequently turn into OVHcloud products. These points are accumulated and managed in your account via the management interface.

Bank transfers

As soon as we receive the confirmation that the sum due has been paid on our account, and that it exactly corresponds to your order, we activate your service.

Please contact us on 0207 357 6616 or customersupport@ovh.co.uk to request our bank details.

Attention, do not forget to indicate your order number
in the "Communication" field of the banking operation.
Without this piece of information, your payment may not be validated since we will not be able to allocate it.

Please note that a payment by bank transfer takes at least 3 working days before being processed.
