Two ways to get your data to OVHcloud
Choose an online transfer or physical transportation, depending on the volume you need to move and the bandwidth you have. Either way, you stay in control.
Online migration
Your data moves directly to OVHcloud, via the internet or vRack, using standard S3-compatible tools such as Rclone.
Choose this solution if:
your volume fits comfortably within your bandwidth
your data changes often (continuous or incremental migration)
you want a quick start, without the logistics
Offline transfer
One or more encrypted mobile racks, each with up to 96 TB of usable storage, shipped from your premises to our datacentre. Network connectivity is no longer a bottleneck.
Choose this solution if:
your volume is too large, as network transfer would take weeks
your connectivity is limited, expensive, or unreliable
you can empty a site in one go (datacentre dismantling)
