This is the first server in the range to integrate an Intel Xeon Gold dual processor from Cascade Lake. The platform supports high-speed memory, and offers drastically increased performance and reliability. It is optimised for resource-intensive workloads, converged infrastructures, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and distributed database management.
We also recommend using this server to deploy containerised application infrastructures, such as Kubernetes (K8s).
