The monitoring system developed by the Roman start-up is smart, scalable, continuous and Cloud-based, and meets various needs related to optimizing the real-time maintenance of buildings. Furthermore, they can be used in a continuous mode, so that the user can get instant alerts when anomalies occur. This automated process is carried out by machines working with specific algorithms. The outcome of this approach, where Machine Learning is keystone of the whole system, is the creation of an automated system that supports decision-making.

By 2022, there will be between 40 and 60 systems installed in medium and large buildings. Each resident will have a mobile app to receive notifications about the behaviour of the structure in case of faults.
