IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity
Each dedicated server has a public IPv4 address as well as IPv6 addressing. Additional addresses can be assigned via the Additional IP service, in the form of individual IPv4 (/32) or IPv4 blocks up to the /24 format, allowing for up to 256 IPv4 addresses per server.
Infrastructure anti-DDoS protection
Dedicated servers include OVHcloud's Anti-DDoS protection, enabled by default. Traffic is analysed and filtered upstream on OVHcloud's global network, which has a mitigation capacity exceeding 17 Tbit/s on a global scale. Attack detection is continuous and protection remains active throughout their duration, without manual activation.
Backup and storage solutions
Depending on the selected range, your dedicated server may include a dedicated backup space of 500 GB, expandable according to the configuration. Complementary solutions are also available, such as Backup Agent, NAS-HA, Enterprise File Storage, or Veeam Enterprise Plus for the backup and replication of your environments.
