Payment methods

The different payment methods for OVHcloud products and services:

• Standing order;
• Credit/debit cards;
• PayPal;
• Postal order;
• Prepaid account.
• Transfers;
• Payment order.

Accepted bank cards are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Once you click on the “bank card payment” button on your purchase order, you will be automatically redirected to our financial partner's secure payment page.

This is the fastest way to activate products and renewals (within 15 minutes).

Once you click on the “PayPal payment” button available on your purchase order, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal secure payment page.

Payments via PayPal are made by OVH France (ref number 424761419).

The prepaid service is a management service of points redeemable in OVHcloud products and services.
In practical terms, you buy points that you can subsequently change into OVHcloud products. These points can be accumulated and managed in your portfolio available from the Control Panel.
 

Bank details for transfers are listed in the purchase order. Please note that payment by bank transfer always takes at least three days.
Important! Remember to enter your purchase order number in the “Communication” field for bank transactions.
Without this information, your payment cannot be confirmed, as finding the payer—which is absolutely necessary—will be tedious and time-consuming, resulting in a delay in payment confirmation as well as activation of the subscribed service.
