OVHcloud does not offer refunds if the customer chooses to cancel their service before the paid period is over. The same applies if the services are renewed after the first year.
The customer has the option to either renew or cancel their web hosting services after the first year. If the customer opts to keep using these services, the prices advertised on the OVHcloud website at the time of renewal will apply.
To place an order, the customer must first create an account on the OVHcloud website with a NIC handle for identification, and then agree to the Terms and Conditions of Service.
