Key Features
Security
All hard disks and server data are encrypted with the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) chip. User environments and data are similarly protected, as our teams do not have access to any of the data hosted on your infrastructure, and our admin interface is fully anonymised. Furthermore, your data will remain in the datacentre of your choice, until you choose to migrate it.
Resilience
The OVHcloud infrastructure is designed to address redundancy concerns. Our services run on redundant clusters composed of at least two physical servers. To ensure resilience, we use two geographically remote active datacentres, plus one backup datacentre.
Management
OVHcloud makes daily backups and manages infrastructure and licence updates. Security management, anti-spam and DDoS protection are also provided by default, at no additional cost.
Reversibility
We guarantee full data reversibility. This can be achieved by using tools such as OVHcloud Mail Migrator which allows you to migrate your services from on premise to the cloud (and vice-versa) and to move your data between cloud vendors.
