Eligibility conditions
Who can register a .CN?
The owner must provide the required documents in order to register a .cn domain.
Documents required:
For an individual
- Copy of an identity card, driving license or a copy of the domain name holder's passport (jpeg format).
Notes:
- A reserved domain is not considered registered. A document verification procedure is enforced by the .cn registry. While the verification procedure is in progress, the domain will have the following status: "pending verification".
- If the domain does not successfully pass the check after 7 days it will be deleted.
