Update of our automatic renewal system

Starting in November, our automatic renewal system for products from our Bare Metal and VPS universes will change.

From now on, automatic payment will default to the 1st of each month.

All customers of our Irish subsidiary OVH HOSTING LIMITED . (Regardless of the data location).

Update of Special Conditions SD 2013: these have evolved to facilitate the management of your services by now providing for automatic renewal. For more information, please now consult these new Special Conditions applicable from 1 November 2023, accessible through this link: Special Conditions SD 2013. If you do not wish to accept these new conditions, you can terminate your contract without cost up until 14 January 2024 inclusive.

The change will apply to products from the Bare Metal and VPS universes.

For other products, the change will be applied at a later date.

However, you can choose the payment date to be the 1st of the month on your other products, so that you receive a single invoice.

If your product expires on the 1st of the month, then its renewal will continue to apply on the same date, and every time your service renews.

If your product expires on a date other than the 1st of the month, then during the month of November, the first renewal will be carried out on a pro rata basis, so that the new expiry date for your service can move to the 1st of the month.

For example: my dedicated server expires on 7 November 2023.

On 7 November 2023, the automatic renewal will take effect and extend your service until 1 December 2023.

If you have kept the automatic renewal option on for your dedicated server by 1 December, the renewal will take place on the 1st of the month for the period you have chosen.
