Accessibility Statement
Digital Accessibility at OVHcloud
At OVHcloud, we firmly believe that technology should be a tool for equal opportunities that is accessible to everyone, regardless of one’s level of expertise or individual needs. That is why we are dedicated to making our products and services accessible to each and every person, particularly those with disabilities, to ensure an equitable and inclusive user experience.
To this end, we are committed to making our websites, intranet, and extranet accessible, in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.
To achieve this goal, we are putting resources and funds in place to ensure that our organisation is inclusive on a global scale. Our team consists of designated digital accessibility officers, who are implementing a dedicated policy both internally and publicly. We are also committed to training our teams in digital accessibility and raising awareness among our staff about the importance of digital inclusion.
By making accessibility and inclusion a priority, we aim to create a working and collaborative environment that values diversity and promotes equal opportunities for everyone.

Internal audits and comments
At OVHcloud, we now carry out a set of automated and manual tests to continuously assess and improve the accessibility of our products, and we include disabled people in this process as soon as possible.
As we put web interfaces into production, whether internal or external, we strive to ensure that an audit is carried out using the technologies employed by our users. These audits, aligned with the General Accessibility Improvement Framework in France (RGAA), are conducted using tools such as:
- screen readers
- screen magnifiers
- and other assistive technologies.
The identified points are then prioritised and addressed in collaboration with the product management teams.
Corrective technical measures
Audits and user feedback help us target priority issues relating to accessibility, in accordance with the RGAA.
Each identified issue undergoes a structured process of prioritisation, categorisation, and technical analysis.
We place particular priority on issues that have a significant impact on the experience of disabled people.
Our efforts particularly focus on resolving issues related to the following aspects, including, but not limited to:
- keyboard navigation, attention management, and fluidity of navigation within the page
- compatibility with screen readers such as NVDA
- screen magnification
- contrast and use of colours
- clarity of error messages and form accessibility
Integration of processes
Beyond corrective measures, we are committed to embedding accessibility across all our processes and at all levels of the company.
In the digital field, we work closely with product, design, and development teams to:
- incorporate accessibility standards from the design stage of new features;
- ensure the publication of a compliant code, adhering to best practices and current standards.
Accessibility officers
The digital accessibility officers are responsible for the development, monitoring, and updating of this multi-year plan.
Their mission is to promote accessibility by sharing standards and best practices, to support the internal Group communication team through training actions, to control and ensure compliance with Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005 by conducting regular audits, either directly or through specialised consultants, to ensure the handling of user requests, and in general to maintain the quality of service provided to disabled people.
Details of the annual and multi-year plans are available upon request by emailing: accessibility@ovhcloud.com
