How do I keep my Zimbra Pro account after the beta period ends?
You don’t have to do anything—you’ll automatically keep your configured accounts and continue to enjoy all of their features without interruption. You’ll then be billed £1.79 per month for them, with no contract, which means you’ll have the freedom to continue the service or stop it whenever you want.
Can I upgrade from Zimbra Pro beta to the Zimbra Starter solution?
Yes. If your needs change, you can easily switch to the Zimbra Starter solution from your Control Panel, starting 4 November. Simply head to the “Zimbra Mail” section, select “Email account”, then click on the “...” associated with your account to change solutions. Keep in mind, Zimbra Starter includes up to 15 GB storage. If you’re using more space than this, you’ll need to delete some emails and documents before the migration.
What if I want to cancel my email service completely?
You’re in control at all times. If you decide to end your service, you can cancel it directly via the OVHcloud Control Panel in just a few clicks. Go to “Zimbra Mail”, open “Email account”, click on the “...” on your account, then select “Delete”. Please note that cancelling will permanently erase your emails and documents, with no possibility of recovery unless you’ve backed them up beforehand.
