OVHcloud implements technical and organisational measures to protect EU customer data from unauthorised access by non-EU authorities. We design and build our own servers and racks, using components chosen specifically for easy reuse, recycle and repair, and improve their efficiency with patented water-cooling technology. Our servers are manufactured in our French and Canadian plants. We convert buildings into datacentres, extending their useful life through careful design. These datacentres house our infrastructure, allowing us to have complete control, and easily monitor and repair them.

- Included incoming and outgoing data transfer (free by default), eliminating the need to budget for egress traffic (volume and destination).
- Fixed storage and bandwidth prices, no matter how much or how often you access them.

What is the OCRE 2024 Framework?
OCRE 2024 is an EU-compliant cloud procurement framework, developed in collaboration with European National Research and Education Networks (NRENs) and managed by GÉANT. It aims to provide readily available, innovative infrastructure and services to support advancements in research and education.
GÉANT set out the OCRE 2024 Framework to offer European educational and research institutions easy access to cloud solutions. Through this initiative, institutions can now leverage OVHcloud’s extensive Public Cloud Services, including more than 40 PaaS (Platform as a Service) solutions developed over the past several years. The partnership enables organisations to efficiently procure and integrate cutting-edge cloud services designed for scientific applications.
Thanks to the OCRE 2024 Framework agreement, participating organisations have access to a broad selection of cloud services under standardised and on-demand contractual conditions.
Who can benefit from OVHcloud offering for OCRE 2024?
Participating entities are listed by GÉANT. They are typically administrative, research, or educational institutions.
Can I benefit from all the Public Cloud services under the OCRE 2024 Framework?
Some advertised services are not eligible for OCRE 2024. OVHcloud intends to update its catalogue of services for the Framework according to organisations’ needs. We recommend contacting your sales point of contact.
How can I get a detailed price catalogue and price list?

Can I order directly online?
You can order online without contacting OVHcloud. However, specific OCRE 2024 Framework terms will not apply.
The OCRE 2024 Framework mandates signing the predefined Call-Off Contract for every order. This way, you are guaranteed all the benefits of the negotiated terms under the OVHcloud-GEANT partnership agreement.
Can I select OVHcloud Premium Support?
Only Standard, business and Enterprise support levels are available as part of the OCRE 2024 Framework.
