A secure, dedicated storage space for your data
To provide you with the most robust security, your Hosted Private Cloud infrastructure is delivered with a minimum 3TB of storage space. You can add and remove datastores at any time, and scale your infrastructure without limits.
Your private infrastructure is made up of two distinct physical servers, situated in separate server racks. These servers are fully-dedicated to your usage, and are each powered by two separate electrical sources. They both have physical access to the data on the hard disks, which are both SAS-connected. In the event of failure, the second server automatically takes over from the first. This operation is completely seamless for your users.
Our servers are connected to the OVHcloud network with a bandwidth of 10Gbit/s. The network itself also has end-to-end redundancy. This means there are two pathways for accessing your storage spaces, so you get excellent performance and high availability without any risk of packet loss (a lossless solution).
You will have dedicated RAID-1 or RAID-10 storage spaces. With this technology, your data is fully secure. It is saved identically on two disks at the same time. It is then read randomly on one of the two disks, so packet loss is completely avoided as a result.
Our additional datastores offers

Datastore 9 TB
Datastore 12 TB

Our snapshot and backup systems

Automated snapshots
At all times, snapshots of your platform are taken automatically. Snapshots are instant images of the data stored on your partition at a given time. You can access these snapshots at any time, in order to recover your data from a specific time. Please note that the volume of these snapshots is not accounted for in your usable storage space.

Automated backups
To ensure continuity of service and avoid any data loss, we take backups of your partition on storage devices that are external to your infrastructure. This is how data from the last 24 hours is retained. To restore an earlier backup, you will need to open an incident ticket (this operation will be billed to you).
